Mikros Vorias Merlot/Cabernet and Mikros Vorias Chardonnay / Sauvignon Blanc are released in bottles of 187 ml, responding to the young people’s need to offer healthy and quality products in their bars.

In a wonderful musical and wine evening in the loft of Ianos bookstore took place the presentation of the IANOS wines series of Angelos Rouvalis. During the second part of the evening, Vassilis Lekkas performed the songs of “Wine and Love”. It is an exceptional musical composition of the musician Sakis Papadimitriou, based on ancient lyric poetry.

During 2006, the long-ageing wine series IANOS (IANOS Chardonnay, IANOS Cabernet Sauvignon and IANOS Cava) was finalized and went into the market.

Two unique varieties of OENOFOROS (from the private vineyards) take their final form in the 2006 harvest, Lagorthi and Riesling, thus completing the Mikros Vorias series (Mikros Vorias – Lagorthi and Mikros Vorias – Riesling).

On December 2006, the productive procedure of OENOFOROS was certified according to HAASP.

The preference of the wine-tasting group of the international competition of Decanter magazine was certified for the mountainous Roditis of the Slopes of Aigion, which appeared together with ASPROLITHI of Angelos Rouvalis since 1990. The bronze medal for Asprolithi 2005 came as a result to the silver medal for ASPROLITHI 2004 and the respective one for 2003. ASPROLITHI remains the best Greek Roditis and these awards follow the awards of Thessaloniki International Wine Competition, in which ASPROLITHI 2005 also won the silver medal, just like the previous years.
